Collaborative, integrated project teams (IPTs) hold the key to delivering better project outcomes.

How can industry heed the call from the Construction Playbook, published in December 2020, that "a partnership model with the principles of collaboration, openness, transparency and flexibility based on contractual delivery can be beneficial in driving successful outcomes and innovation."
